Privacy Policy

Restoration ("Restoration", "we", "us") is a service of Payment Advisor Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. If you have questions, contact us at Asmith@theresetregimen.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password.
  • Mobile phone number when you choose to receive text messages.
  • Health-related self-report data you provide in assessments and check-ins (e.g. sleep, energy, cravings, mood).
  • Usage data such as pages visited, links clicked, device and browser information, and IP address.
  • Communications you send us by email or SMS.

2. How we use your information

  • Deliver the assessment, daily guide, and recovery protocol.
  • Send transactional messages (account, security, lab results, milestone check-ins, survey links, reminders).
  • Improve safety, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • Provide customer support.

3. SMS / text messaging

We send SMS messages only to users who have opted in. See our SMS Consent page for exactly how opt-in is collected.

  • No sale or sharing for marketing. Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Subprocessors only. We share your phone number and message contents only with service providers who help us deliver messages (e.g. our SMS carrier, Twilio), bound by contract to use the data solely to provide the service to us.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies by program. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email Asmith@theresetregimen.com.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Health information

Restoration is a wellness service and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We treat your self-reported health information as sensitive and apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it. We do not use health information for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

5. Data retention

We keep account and health data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your choices

  • Update or correct your account information from your profile.
  • Opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or by turning off SMS in your messaging preferences.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.

7. Subprocessors

We use the following categories of subprocessors:

  • Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — application data and authentication.
  • SMS delivery: Twilio — sending and receiving text messages.
  • Email delivery: transactional email provider (notifications and verification).

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported, role-based access control, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

Restoration is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
