These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Restoration (the "Service"), provided by Payment Advisor Group LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Not medical advice

Restoration provides educational and supportive content for people changing their relationship with alcohol. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with any questions regarding a medical condition. If you think you may be experiencing alcohol withdrawal or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Restoration related to your account, your protocol, milestone check-ins, survey links, reminders, and operational updates.

  • Program name: Restoration Recovery Reminders.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies; typically 2–10 messages per month per user, depending on your milestones and check-in cadence.
  • Costs: Msg & data rates may apply.
  • HELP: reply HELP for help, or contact Asmith@theresetregimen.com.
  • STOP: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • How we collect consent: See SMS Consent.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Don't attempt to access accounts or data that don't belong to you.
  • Don't disrupt or interfere with the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, software, and trademarks, is owned by Payment Advisor Group LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payment Advisor Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
