SMS Consent & Opt-In

This page describes exactly how Restoration (a service of Payment Advisor Group LLC) obtains your consent to send you text messages, what messages you should expect, and how to opt out.

How users opt in

Users can opt in to text messages from Restoration in two ways:

1. Web checkbox at signup or in messaging settings

Inside the Restoration app, users see a clearly labeled checkbox next to their mobile number field that reads:

By checking this box and providing my mobile number, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Restoration related to my account, my recovery protocol, milestone check-ins, survey links, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See Privacy Policy and Terms. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form is the user's affirmative act of consent. We record the timestamp of consent in our database.

2. By texting a keyword to our number

Users may also opt in by texting the keyword START (or JOIN, YES, SUBSCRIBE, UNSTOP) to our Twilio number. They will receive an opt-in confirmation message.

What users will receive

  • Opt-in confirmation — sent immediately after enrollment.
  • Account & security messages — verification codes, password resets.
  • Milestone check-in links — short links to your assessment at each milestone (e.g. day 3, day 7, day 30).
  • Reminders — if a check-in hasn't been completed within the allowed window.
  • Lab status updates — when your lab order moves to a new state.

Message frequency varies; typically 2–10 messages per month per user. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

  • Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to be unsubscribed. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages.
  • Reply HELP or INFO to receive help, including our support email.
  • You can also turn off SMS in your Restoration messaging preferences, or email us at Asmith@theresetregimen.com.

Privacy of mobile information

Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver messages (e.g. Twilio). See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
